About this Event
A gift to yourself. To pause, reconnect, and make clear goals for the year ahead; prioritising self-love and self-care.
Through a nourishing yoga class, a sound bathing experience, visualisations and the creation of a vision board, we will press the reset button together and fill up our own cups, in a beautiful, cosy, softly heated yoga studio situated in the heart of the Baltic Triangle - Yogacita.
We create a safe space for everyone and hope that you will join us.
This workshop not only falls on Valentines weekend, but also just a few days before a Solar Eclipse New Moon in Aquarius, a potent time to set intentions and plant seeds for the future. On top of this it is also the beginning of the Year of the Fire horse, symbolising new beginnings, courage, confidence and freedom - big energetic shifts are taking place.
Your workshop will include:
- An energising and uplifting yoga class, suitable for all levels including beginners.
- Nourishing crystal sound bath meditation, connecting to the 7 chakras.
- Freshly juiced ginger and tumeric shot, creating heat, and activating the manipura chakra.
- Creating your very own vision board - materials provided.
- Guided visualisation and intention setting.
All materials are included, however you are invited to also bring along any personally selected images that you wish to use on your vision board.
