She holds a Master’s in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England and has experience across clinical, community, and food service settings. After struggling with food and body image issues for over a decade, she is now dedicated to helping women break free from the cycle of guilt, fear, and control, guiding them toward unshakable self-trust, confidence, and peace with food and their bodies. Her approach is built on a three-pillar framework—examining thoughts, feelings, and actions—to create lasting change. By integrating mindset shifts with practical strategies, she empowers her clients to achieve true food freedom and lasting transformation.
