Come and join us for a nurturing, heart-centered workshop where you’ll reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle yoga, authentic movement, mirror work, meditation, sound healing, and self-love rituals, you’ll learn practical, loving ways to honor yourself every day.
In this workshop, you will:
💕 Make Mirror Your Friend through Mirror Work
🧘 Practice heart-opening yoga and to gently release tension and invite love and softness
💖Develop self-love rituals you can incorporate into your daily routine, bringing more self compassion and self kindness to your life
🧘♀️ Fall In Love with yourself through self love meditation and sound bath
✨ And be delighted by surprises that will add a little extra magic!
