Each chapter of Jo Jayson’s book SELF-LOVE THROUGH THE SACRED FEMININE contains a illustration of Jo Jayson’s exquisite painting of one of the channeled Divine Feminine energies, a brief history of that channeled sacred feminine, a channeled prayer and message, a lesson section and a section for reflection with written exercises to be completed.
Since the book is designed as a workbook it is highly recommended that each attendee purchase their own copy of the book to follow along and to do the written exercises as homework.
