A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in gentle, intentional sound to support deep rest and inner balance. Rather than “doing” anything, you simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to wash over you. The sounds help quiet the thinking mind, relax the nervous system, and guide you into a calm, restorative state where healing and reflection can naturally unfold.
This particular sound bath is centered on the heart chakra—the energetic space connected to love, compassion, connection, and emotional openness. Over time, stress, grief, self-judgment, or unresolved emotions can leave this space feeling heavy or “dirty.” Through soothing frequencies and mindful intention, this experience invites stagnant or dense energy to gently release, making room for loving care, grace, understanding, and self-acceptance to flow back in.
You’ll be guided by the soft, uplifting tones of Koshi chimes, crystal singing bowls, and other pleasant, harmonious sounds chosen to support relaxation and emotional ease. These instruments create layered vibrations that encourage the body to rest deeply while the heart space is nurtured and supported.
This sound bath is for anyone seeking a meditative, calming experience—whether you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of rest. No prior meditation experience is required. Come as you are, allow yourself to receive, and leave feeling lighter, more open, and gently reconnected to your heart.
