About this Event
Motherhood—whether you’re expecting or caring for a child—is a season of deep change, full of beauty, growth, and emotional complexity. This self-love workshop is a warm, supportive space for pregnant mothers and moms in early motherhood to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
In this workshop, participants will explore what self-love looks like during pregnancy and the early years of motherhood. Through guided reflection, mindfulness practices, and gentle conversation, mothers will be invited to honor their emotions, care for their mental and emotional well-being, and nurture themselves without guilt.
This experience encourages presence, compassion, and grace—reminding mothers that they are worthy of care in every season, not just when everything feels put together. Participants will gain simple, realistic tools to support themselves through the joys and challenges of early motherhood and leave feeling more grounded, supported, and encouraged.
This workshop is ideal for mothers who want to:
- Practice self-love during pregnancy or early motherhood
- Feel emotionally supported and less overwhelmed
- Build mindfulness and self-awareness
- Create intentional moments of rest and reflection
- Pour into themselves while caring for their children
***Babies and toddlers are welcome in this session.
