Description:
Lynda will be visiting us and offering this 2 hour Yin pop-up class.
The beauty of Yin is embracing the power of the pause, mindfulness and true self care. This is Lynda’s joy to offer.
Allowing for a deeper into the practice, having this extra time encourages you to receive nourishment for the mind, heart and body.
This practice is accessible and appropriate for beginners to advanced students. You hold the dial to the experience: gentle to intense, peaceful and/or powerful.
Space is limited, pre-register to lock in a space for your mat.

Lynda is a Yoga Teacher/Educator and Reiki Master Teacher blessed to have trained with a wide variety of amazing healers over her life. Lynda’s Dharma (life purpose) is to assist people in feeling better, more peaceful. She sets space for you to embrace loving kindness, harmony and balance. This is the reason she has been immersed in the healing community for decades, and always will be.
