This is FREE community event called SELF-LOVE CLUB?!
I gather my friends (old & new ones :) as well as local yoga and spiritual teachers to offer each time some amazing program! The core of the workshop is kundalini yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan (by me?) and additional uplifting beautiful practices! Such as: live music, chakra dance, yoga flow, quantum healing meditations, sound bath with Gong and sound bowls, Cacao ceremony, Reiki, Tantra etc - something NEW each time!
And of course, VEGAN PICNIC aka Feast ?? If you are planning to come - pls bring at least an apple. But if you'll forget - that's also fine - Just Come!!

This next gathering we ask for any small donation to my little organization called "MODERN ANGELS '', where you personally will be welcomed to participate and use whatever we'll have and become Angels to someone and do something Good :) This time I am planning to buy necessary things for some amazing people - lonely residents of "THE SANDS" - South Beach Nursing Home, where I have volunteered for the last 5 years. Even some $50 in total will make someone happy there! I buy shampoos, new towels, clothing, and fresh fruits!!!
You are welcome to participate without $ but with anything else listed above. But this is not necessary, either :)
Just COME and Elevate Yourself - elevate the whole World with your supercharged mood and high vibes of the event!
