About this Event
If you need some 'me time' to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing, then this ceremony is just the thing! It will be a deeply relaxing, uplifting and revitalising experience that also provides healing and support .
After drinking a cup of Cacao you will be taken on a guided meditation whilst listening to music and receiving Reiki healing. There will then be time afterwards for optional sharing and receiving some guidance/support from me.
Cacao is basically chocolate in it's purest form and has been used for many years for healing, creativity, vitality and personal insight. It helps to quieten your busy mind, get you back into your body and open your heart.
