? What is NewMoonDrum?? NewMoonDrum is an online, guided drum journey for women (with or without a womb) at New Moon, to focus our intentions for the coming month, allowing ourselves time to plant the seeds to help create our own realities. This is a safe, sacred and confidential space to work with your future hopes and dreams.
We often sail unconsciously through life, being swept up by the tides of events and the needs of others around us. This monthly journey allows us to tap into our own needs, placing them firmly and consciously at the forefronts of our minds, bodies and souls to help us to live a life that stirs our passions, nurtures and supports us.
The multi-toned drum rhythms, help to induce altered states of consciousness, allowing us to use and connect different parts of our brain to work together in a conscious cause. Take back your power and create the life you want to live!
Now, more than ever, we need to stay healthy in Mind and Spirit as well as in Body, we can support our immune systems by keeping calm, grounded and connected. We can bring positivity into our lives by focusing on our intentions for the month ahead at the potent time provided by New Moon energy.
? What happens in a NewMoonDrum Circle? ?
We'll begin, as is usual for me, by opening the circle to honour the directions, elements and feminine cycle archetypes; quick introductions so we know who we are circling with, then after smudging or cleansing away anything we need to shed from the month gone, we'll form our intentions, our focus for our journey.
You then get to cosy down, with blankets if you wish, in the comfort of your own home if on Zoom, or in the Healing Hut; while I use various drum and journeying techniques, with my Sacred Ceremonial Drum, which I birthed on Dartmoor to guide you through a journey, a magical opportunity for manifestation. There is no need for you to drum, I do the drumming so that you can enjoy the journey.
I will leave space and time after your journey, for you to be able to draw, write or journal anything that you wish to express or record, so you will need journaling materials to hand. There will be time to share anything that you wish to with the group before closing the circle, although there is no obligation to.

The price for this 2 hour circle is currently £8 - concessions available, please ask.
For those of you that like to block book in advance, the next block will begin in February - Prices subject to change.

Places are limited and must be booked and paid for each session in advance. Please get in touch using the details below to book your place. I will send info and payment instructions and then a link to the ZOOM meeting for our circle on the morning of the circle.

? IN ORDER TO JOIN US YOU WILL NEED:
On Zoom:
* A laptop, tablet or smart phone with webcam and microphone and access to the internet,
* Access to the FREE Zoom app (Please download in advance of the circle),
* A quiet room (without others around so our circle can be confidential and as noise free as possible) so that you can sit or lie down and relax into the journey. Headphones can be useful
* Journaling materials ie notebook/paper, pens and/or colours,
* Something with which to smudge, rattle, spray or otherwise cleanse your energy field
* Water to drink
* A blanket.
In Person:
* Journal
* Water Bottle
* Blanket
* Warm layers of clothing
* Slippers or warm socks
