About this Event

Prioritise wellness, empowerment, and community at our Self-Love and Mental Wellness Retreat for Women of Colour. This event is all about celebrating our mental health and well-being. Come together with other amazing women to learn, grow, and support each other.

Our retreat will take place on Sat Jan 11 2025 at Healing with Thai. We'll start at 3pm and spend the afternoon diving into discussions and guided meditations focused on self-love and emotional wellness.

This is a safe space for women of colour to come together, share their stories, and build connections. Take this time to focus on yourself, recharge, and leave feeling inspired. We can't wait to see you there!
