Manifest Your Dreams - Vision Board Workshop
Start 2025 with a clear and embodied vision for how you want to feel, where you want to go and what you want to achieve.
Break free of the trap of empty promises and New Year’s resolutions with the magic of manifestation.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided by your host Claire Darnell, using meditation, visualisation, and embodiment practices, all facilitated to help you get clear on your values, your goals and aspirations, and to help you to outline the steps you need to take to make your dreams your reality.
Expect an afternoon of creativity, reflection and connection, all set to support you in manifesting a year to remember.
Taking place at Wanstead Works, E11, we will gather in their wonderful collaboration space.
You don’t need any prior experience and you’re welcome to come alone or bring your friends as a group.
Materials will be provided, and you’ll take your vision board home with you, to ensure you can reflect back and bring your dreams to reality.
