During the workshop, we will focus on:

Feel how everything begins with grounding and drawing strength from the earth, as you connect with yourself and others through your body’s weight.

Discover how dance can help release tension and blocks, transform emotions, and bring a sense of inner balance and joy.
😌 Relaxation and stress relief
Working with your body will help you calm emotions, find balance, and connect deeply with yourself.
🐚 Learning through experience and observation
Listen, observe, and feel to better understand movement. I’ll guide you in identifying specific muscles and areas of the body that may need attention, helping you move with more mindfulness.

The workshop will last 3 hours, with a short break to allow us to catch our breath and recharge.
