Chinese Kung-Fu Wu-Su contains techniques from over 26 styles of Chinese martial arts. These include Northern and Southern Kung Fu styles, ground fighting, tan tui, iron palm, escape techniques, chin-na-fa (grappling and locking techniques), throwing, self-defense, meditation, breathing and internal cultivation. This 2-day seminar is geared at introducing fundamental techniques to defend oneself in close range and on the ground. Kung-Fu Wu-Su is truly the harmonious blending of body, mind and spirit in order to become a better person and live a better life.
