Self-compassion can change these inner voices.
Learn practical tools and ways of practicing and increasing self-compassion in a supportive environment.
6 weeks starting Thursday 23rd October
Time: 6:00pm -7:30 p.m.

Cost: Unwaged $10 per session
Waged $20 per session
