No experience necessary - just bring an open heart and a willingness to relax. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this event is for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Treat yourself to some much-needed self-care and leave feeling refreshed and centered.
This workshop will be lead by 200 hour certified Art of Living Breathwork Instructor, Bavani Ramanan, who has been meditating for over 20 years. Bavani spent many years in India studying meditation with enlightened meditation masters and now is ready to bring breathwork to the East Bay!
