Join the Therma Hike Club for our next event at Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park!
We'll be trekking the West Ridge and French Trail Loop, a route that takes you through towering redwoods, serene forest paths, and scenic ridgelines.
Start time: 9:00 a.m. - on the dot!
Friends and Family are welcome to join!
Additional Info: Dogs allowed on leash. Park offers many trail variations if folks want to pivot to an easier / harder trail.

Outdoor Essentials:
- Water - At least 1 liter per hour of activity
- Sun protection - Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
- Rain gear - Waterproof jacket; rain pants optional
- Snacks - Lightweight, high-energy food; pack extra
- First Aid - Compact kit with basics and personal meds
- Extra clothing - Layers for warmth; gloves and beanie optional
- Light - Flashlight or headlamp, plus spare batteries
- Fire tools - Matches, lighter, and waterproof starters
- Navigation - Map, compass; GPS with backup
- Knife/Tool - Pocketknife or multitool for emergencies
Non-Essential,but good to have!
- Sturdy footwear - Durable boots/trail runners for comfort and support
- Trekking poles - Reduce strain and improve balance
- Whistle - For signaling during emergencies
- Bug protection - Insect repellent or treated clothing
- Trash bag - Pack out all waste to Leave No Trace
- Phone/Power bank - Fully charged phone with backup power
- Emergency shelter - Lightweight bivy sack or tarp for unexpected stays
