Info: Community Circle introducing a gentle grounding practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and restore energy. This brief exercise will support you in feeling centered and recharged, preparing you to fully receive the benefits of the healing practices that follow.

Info: A gentle practice using props to fully support your body. Postures are held 2–3 minutes for deep release in the chest, neck, shoulders, and back. Perfect for beginners and welcoming to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, 1 pillow, 2 towels and eye mask is optional .

Info: Evelyn will guide you into a gentle Sound Bath to help guide the body, mind, and soul into a relaxed state, supporting release, restoration, and inner peace — and to remind you that calm is always within reach.
