20 by 20 (26 by 2026)
A 20-by-20 list is a daily reminder of the small things you want to do to bring balance, joy, and fun. You write a list of things that will help you enjoy your life and find moments to cross off your list. The list brings excitement and enables you to stay present, awaiting an opportunity to accomplish a goal.
You will take home a list of your top ten character strengths, 3 - 5 affirmations on cue cards, and a 27 by 27 list!
December 16th: Gratitude Jars (Part 2)
Surrounded by negativity, we often forget about the joyous moments, but Gratitude Jars capture all life's moments worth remembering!
Arts and crafts are great for relieving stress and tension and releasing creativity. I decorated a mason jar the way I wanted. Then, I placed a pen inside and some sticky notes outside the jar. Every time something pleasant, fun, or new happens, you put it on a sticky note and put it in the jar.
During the year, use the jar to capture all the positive moments in your life. At the end of the year, we often forget all the wonderful things that happened to us, which leaves us feeling negative and hopeless. The gratitude jar helps you switch your focus from negative events and things to positive ones. Also, it is a keepsake to remind you of how you spent your years.
December 23rd: Tracking 365 (Part 3)
Although you care for everyone, it is time to put yourself first. You deserve daily renewal time to invest in a future you're proud of!
Do you have some new habits you are trying to add or some old habits you are trying to break? Is there a new craft, skill, or trade you want to pick up? Having a daily goal helps you to feel accomplished. Tracking 365 enables you to maximize your time and become the person you want to be!
