In this next iteration of the Athena's Warehouse Selfcare Saturday Series you are invited to indulge in an experience which grounds and uplifts you using proven techniques with Yoga Teacher, Holistic Event Strategist, & infinitely compassionate person, Jess Pfeffer.

The Settle Experience w/ Jess Pfeffer

Info: SETTLE, an immersive session, created by Jess Pfeffer is designed to help individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional turbulence—whether in daily life, during difficult conversations, or within challenging experiences—by creating space for a mindful, embodied practice of "settling.”
Through an interactive experience combining journaling, sound, somatic movements, and breathwork, Jess will share tools to use in your daily life IE during traffic!

Eat, Mingle & Just Be (for folks who opt out of craft & or "Settle")

Info: Our team will be curating "take the awkward out" of networking activities so that you can meet, & mingle w/ease. Stay for as little or as long as you'd like- but please arrive on time for networking instructions.
