With spring just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to Join us for an afternoon of self-care to recharge & replenish yourself, and give yourself a reset for the new season.This calming retreat includes restorative yoga by Niamh Rogers; mindfulness and journalling for well-being & self-compassion by Fiona Forman, all rounded off with a relaxing sound bath led by Sharon O’Brien. Each participant will receive their own Well-Being & Self-Compassion Journal and a selection of healthy treats & herbal teas will also be provided too.
