Imbolc - SisterWitch Seasonal Celebration - 'Stir' Workshop
Come join us at The Mindfulness Centre for a magical morning to celebrate this very special time of year in the Celtic Calendar: Imbolc.
At each SisterWitch workshop we connect with cyclical time by marking the fire festivals and the solar festivals as passed down from anicent Celtic tradition. As we tune in to this understanding of nature's rhythms we gain access to a source of great nourishment and reassurance in our challenging modern times.
Imbolc is a hopeful and potent time full of possibility as we begin to notice the stirring of nature around us and within ourselves and mark the change in the quality of the light.
This in-person gathering will include breathwork, meditation, seasonal sound healing, Celtic tradition and wisdom sharing, spellwork and tea ritual. Let's honour the turning of the wheel together and embrace the energy of the season.
Spaces are limited as we give individual attention to each participant guiding you to relax, reset, and reconnect.
