With a focus on sufferers of Adverse Childhood Experiences and Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, DeeDee seeks to cultivate safe, and inclusive spaces that inspire and empower others to seek self-actualization and enlightenment. This is a series of ten 4-hour workshops that review materials from the new workbook "Self-Advocacy for Equity" authored by DeeDee Anderson and included in future C.A.R.E. wellness programs that serve BIPOC adults 18-25 after incarceration and foster care. Join us in this new series and help us cultivate a one-of-a-kind experience!
Each workshop includes a peer support healing circle, course content, activities, Q&A and take-aways. We welcome all feedback at the completion of each workshop to improve outcomes.
