Project ’63 makes its Chelsea Table & Stage debut with an electrifying concert celebration of the music that defined a generation. Project ’63 Celebrates Jersey Boys: The Music of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons showcases the next generation of performers emerging from Project ’63 — a performer-led Jersey Boys training camp dedicated to developing future stars of the show through the study, preservation, and revitalization of the iconic moves, vocal style, storytelling, and spirit of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, ensuring their legacy lives on for new audiences.
Created and directed by rising performer and producer T’Bone Rube, who also studies and covers the role of Frankie Valli, Project ’63 serves as a developmental performance workshop where aspiring artists train in the signature harmonies, vocal techniques, stage presence, and theatrical storytelling that define this legendary musical. Inspired by the original Broadway staging and experience, this special concert presentation offers audiences a firsthand look at these rising performers as they bring fresh life and authenticity to beloved classics such as “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”
Blending live concert performance with theatrical authenticity, Project ’63 offers an intimate and nostalgic evening celebrating one of the most influential vocal groups in American music history.
