About this Event
SEIKRID Breathwork is a powerful ceremonial experience designed to guide participants into deep states of presence, release, and self-discovery through intentional breath, music, and somatic awareness. Rooted in ancient breath traditions and informed by modern neuroscience and trauma-informed practices, each journey supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and expanded states of consciousness in a safe and supported container. Every ceremony is uniquely guided by the energy of the group, the season, and often a monthly theme, weaving together curated music, live sound, intuitive facilitation, and moments of stillness and integration. Breathwork has been shown to support stress reduction, emotional clarity, creativity, and spiritual insight, while also offering a pathway to release stored tension and energetic blockages held within the body.
All SEIKRID Breathwork ceremonies are facilitated by highly trained, heart-centered practitioners who hold the space with integrity, presence, and deep respect for each participant’s individual journey. This offering is open to all levels; no prior breathwork experience is necessary; and modifications are always available to support different bodies and nervous systems. Please be sure to check our website and Mindbody schedule for current themes, facilitators, and updates, as breathwork ceremonies may vary or pause month to month in alignment with the ceremonial calendar and the needs of the community.
Potential Expressions & Releases
During SEIKRID Breathwork, participants may experience a wide range of physical, emotional, energetic, or spiritual expressions as the body releases stored tension and the nervous system shifts into deeper states of awareness. This can include emotional release (such as laughter, tears, or vocal expression), physical sensations (tingling, temperature shifts, spontaneous movement, or temporary muscle activation), visual imagery, memories, or a deep sense of stillness and clarity. All expressions are welcome and honored as natural responses to the breath and music. Each journey is deeply personal—some experiences are subtle and meditative, while others may feel more cathartic or expansive. There is no “right” way to experience breathwork.
