The joyous return of live masterful music and delightful dancing is coming around again, in a new way, in a new space, with some new musicians for a new groove, and we want YOU to join in the bliss!This is An Interactive Live Music and Ecstatic Dance Immersion.
Seeds of Time (formerly the New World Rhythmatists), are sprouting new roots at Quintessence Studio. We continue our mission of nurturing the arts of human connection through live masterful percussion-centered music and open ecstatic dance.
Bring friends, make friends, meditate, levitate, recreate, contemplate, take in the creativity, and satiate, all while still being able to hear yourself think and feel the current within. You can dance if you wan to, you can also watch, listen, sketch, chill, or find yourself tapping those toes and exploring the flow.
We present a 2-hour curated, phone-free sound and movement journey: arrive & land, opening movement warm-up and circle, live music, free dance and play with some lightly facilitated waves, concluding with a mindful close and release.
It'll be a friendly adventure, with good vibes and good rhythms to refresh your spirit and float your boat on through the week. The opening circle will begin promptly to help create a safe, comfortable space for everyone to enjoy their thing.
