Set your intentions with the balancing energies of the Spring Equinox. Join us for an intimate sound bath journey featuring our specialized gong wall, featuring Planetary tuned gongs. They will be intentionally played for the harmonious frequency of the Spring Equinox. This workshop will you help you manifest, renew and reset with mantra, oracle cards and crystals. All levels are welcome! Props and mats provided.
Heather Dawn has been teaching yoga and sound healing in LA for 25 years. She was certified in Reiki at 18 years old and the east/west approach to the mind and body has long been her passion. All of Heather's classes take on a science and metaphysical based approach. She believes awareness is the pilot light to creating optimal health and that all sustainable healing is done through the body to the mind. She has been featured on the Travel Channel, Marie Claire and the NY Post. Heather is the Sound Bird Center manager in addition to teaching all variations of restorative yoga, flow, sound healing and Reiki.
