Prepare to mix, blend and be Seduced by Art and R’n’B — the perfect Saturday night doing something just for you.

Come solo (you’ll definitely make connections), or bring your date, partner, besties or family for a night of creative fun.

📍 The venue: Upstairs at The Ritzy — right in the heart of Brixton and easy to reach by public transport.

Our paint party is all about expression. With guidance from our co-founders and artists Salfreckles & Jay Da Creator, you’ll unleash your inner artist while painting along to the tunes that uplift and span generations.

No experience needed — whether you’re a beginner or an art lover, the Seduced by Art team will be on hand with tips, hints and creative ideas to help you build your skills and create your very own artwork.

🎨 All materials provided — plus you take your masterpiece home.

Setting the musical tone is award-winning Hip Hop DJ and original Choice FM radio presenter DJ 279, spinning a vibrant mix of Hip Hop & R’n’B classics to keep your head nodding while you paint.

The Upstairs bar with its sunny balcony is the perfect spot to grab a drink, mingle and soak up the creative energy from 7pm

Once the painting session wraps up at 9.30, the dancefloor opens and the afterparty goes until 1AM your paint ticket gains you free entry

Stick around, mingle and have a boogie while DJ 279 drops those classic tracks (plus a few new gems).

Order yourself an Afterparty Only ticket and join us later for a boogie.

The Upstairs Bar will be open all evening, and the dancefloor opens to all ticket holders at 9:30PM once the paint session wraps up.

Info: When you arrive at 7.00, grab yourself a drink at the Upstairs bar if you wish, then head upstairs to the gallery space and settle yourself at an easel, Paints, brushes and a canvas will be provided for each of you. You will be guided through the process by Salfreckles & Jay Da Creator, whilst DJ 279 plays the music to inspire your creation! Feel free to stay on and party from 9.30pm when the other ticket holders will join us in the gallery space....

Info: we will pack up the easels and collect your brushes etc, Bar staff will clear the tables away, so put your art to the side to dry off, grab a drink from the bar, and get that fancy footwork going... as DJ 279 takes us all the way to 1am....

Info: DJ 279 will continue spinning a lovely array of Hip Hop & RnB 80s, 90s, 00s old skool classics and nice newbies until 1am. If you wanted to arrive a little early, you can make your way to the Upstairs bar (follow signs heading up for screen 5), take a seat in the bar from 8pm onwards and enjoy the music with some drinks and a chat before you head up to the dancefloor when the paint party finishes at 9.30pm.....the party goes on until 1am
