Sedona Yoga and Vortex Hike

Join us for a 2–3 hour Sedona experience set within the beauty of Red Rock State Park—blending a scenic hike, grounding yoga, and insight into the area’s unique vortex energy.

We begin with a moderate 15-minute hike to a scenic overlook, where you’ll take in expansive red rock views and enjoy a 60-minute, all-levels yoga practice. From there, we continue along the park’s beautiful trail system, allowing time to move, explore, and connect with the land.

What to bring:
• 20–30 oz. of water
• Hat or sun visor
• Seasonally appropriate clothing (lighter colors recommended)
• Comfortable hiking shoes

Yoga mats are provided. If you prefer additional support, feel free to bring a blanket or any personal props.

Red Rock State Park is a pack-in, pack-out park, so please plan to carry out anything you bring with you.

Please note:
• No pets are allowed (for service animal inquiries, contact the park directly at 928-282-6907)
• There is a $10 per person park entrance fee, paid separately upon arrival

Arrival details:
When you arrive at the park entrance, let the guard know you’re with Down Dog Sedona for the yoga hike. We’ll meet in the Visitor Center parking lot, along the sidewalk near the entrance.
