Rooted Awakenings is a restorative women’s retreat designed to pause, realign & recharge. This experience is taking place during a rare 'Blue Moon' May 29th- June 1st. The space is intentionally unhurried and limited to 9 women so that everyone feels safe, heard and truly seen.
This is an all-inclusive 4-day 3-night guided experience at a private, tranquil retreat in Sedona AZ.
Our time together will include reflection practices, gentle guided vortex hikes, sessions with a special guest healer, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, sisterhood under the blue moon & thoughtfully prepared meals.
Everything is designed to support restoration, insight, meaningful connections & returning to your intuition — with plenty of space to rest and integrate.
