About this Event
In this class, you’ll take a deep dive into choux pastry to create choux puffs with craquelin tops, chouquettes (choux pastry studded with pearl sugar) and éclairs. We'll learn to work with piping bags to create perfectly shaped and assembled choux puffs and éclairs. We'll make the pastry cream filling and a glaze to top the éclairs. Impress your friends with these "looks harder to make than they actually are" classic French pastries! If you've made choux pastry before, come along to perfect your technique!
This class requires a minimum of 12 people to run.
