About the Speaker
Christoph Glaser is Managing Director of the TLEX Institute, which operates worldwide with 200 trainers and has trained more than 500,000 managers and employees to date. For 25 years, he has been teaching the TLEX method for serene performance optimization, which includes the triad of resilience, agility and breath-based mindfulness, in over 50 countries worldwide. He combines his experience as an internationally active trainer and facilitator with a deep understanding of global, socio-economic and political circumstances.
Christoph regularly speaks at international conferences, including the United Nations, the European Parliament, the Forbes Summit and the World Bank.
