Second Sunday Circle – mindfulness and council circle practice
The Autumn - Winter circles will take place on Sundays September 8th, October 13th and November 10th (December circle tbc).

Sitting in circle in turbulent times
This series of mindfulness and circle sessions will invite us to share experiences and stories of our lives, against the backdrop of upheaval in our societies and on our planet.
This 1.5 hour session will begin with a short (15 min) mindfulness practice of bodyscan, gentle movement or sitting meditation guided by one of its facilitators, before moving into council circle practice.
Council circle practice has developed and flourished in many traditions over countless generations. In our time it's continuing as a way of nourishing ourselves and others by gathering in community to bear witness and to listen and speak from the heart.

She is a student of the Way of Council (circle facilitation) as a core mindfulness practice and works to bring it more deeply into her life by regularly attending council circles, training workshops and retreats and by offering circles in her local community of Bray and online. She is delighted to co-facilitate these circles with her fellow students of council.
