Seattle Language Exchange
a casual weekly meetup for anyone who speaks, studies, or wants to practice another language. All levels welcome, from "I took Spanish in high school" to fully fluent.
How it works
Grab a name tag when you arrive and add flag stickers for the languages you speak, ordered from most to least fluent. Then mingle. Spot someone with a language you want to practice, walk over, and start talking. Switch languages, switch partners, follow the conversation wherever it goes.
Who it's for
Language learners, native speakers who want to keep their other languages alive, polyglots, people who just moved here, people who studied abroad ten years ago and miss it, and anyone curious about how language brings people together. No registration test, no level requirement, no pressure to perform.
