Well good news... we’re going to help you answer just that when we gather to celebrate a new book, UX Skills for Business Strategy. This new book brings those two things together, linking UX decisions directly to your company's bottom line.
Authors Torrey Podmajersky, Maya Joseph-Goteiner, and Kim Mats Mats spent the last two years bringing together 99 UX skills, with practical insights and real-world examples, and 41 business impacts. Whether it's optimizing operations, boosting revenue, or enhancing user success, this book helps you select the right skill for the job, measure its effectiveness, and confidently articulate value to your team and executives.
If this sounds at all familiar, it's because we hosted a book launch party for Torrey Podmajersky’s first book, Strategic Writing for UX! We launched at BlinkUX in 2019 and had such a memorable time that we wanted to host again to give our community another joint round of excitement and wonder. BlinkUX is "the product design firm crafting your next breakthrough," and we're so happy to be celebrating a book breakthrough with them again.
This is Torrey's second book and the first book for Maya and Kim. We're thrilled to serve you learns, cakes, and community fun. Looking forward to seeing you as we help launch a new book off to a great start.
