Wednesdays - term breaks may applyJoin a seated chair aerobics class specifically designed for the over 50s. The gentle sitting exercises can be done at home and are designed to help improve mobility and prevent falls.
You will need to wear comfortable clothing and have a water bottle handy and a sturdy, supportive chair for use.
Seated (or chair) Aerobics classes by Sharon Kelly of Super Ageing are held face to face at COTA NT, Spillett House in Darwin and broadcast using ZOOM software. Sharon is available to assist those getting started with fitness and with Zoom!
Bookings are essential – book all classes with Sharon.
$8 for COTA NT members and $10 for non-members per class
