Join us for our Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates - a supportive and feel-good class designed to help you rebuild strength while keeping your little one close. This class focuses on gentle core recovery, posture, and full-body strength using the reformer, all in a relaxed and understanding environment. It’s the perfect way to ease back into movement with guidance and support every step of the way.
This class is best suited for bubs who aren’t on the move just yet (or are happy to be safely settled/strapped in) so you can focus on your session while still having them close by.
There’s absolutely no pressure - if you need to pause, feed, or tend to your bub, you’re always welcome to do so.
