As the Wheel turns toward Ostara aka the Spring Equinox (March 20), we gather to pause, realign, and reconnect with the living rhythms of the Earth – a powerful practice to find presence and purpose. In this intimate all-levels workshop, we’ll explore the energy of spring through the lens of the Celtic Wheel of the Year—while honoring that this seasonal shift is universal, observed and celebrated across many cultures. Together, we’ll reflect on what winter has asked of us, what has been resting beneath the surface, and what is now ready to emerge.
Through meaningful discussion of spring’s symbols and associations, we’ll consider how renewal lives within us and what seeds we feel called to plant and nurture in this season of new beginnings. Our time will include journaling prompts, guided meditation, and gentle movement to embody the shift from dormancy to growth.
We’ll close with a simple ritual to offer our intentions, followed by seasonal treats shared in community. You’ll leave feeling inspired, rooted, and equipped with practical knowledge to stay aligned all season long.
Ages 18 and up. This occurs outside, dress for the weather. Bring a yoga mat and water, and a towel and/or blanket if you can, and anything else to be comfortable. There is access to cover if needed for rainy weather. Feel free to bring simple food or drink to share! Plan to join us for the Summer Solstice and Fall Equinox, too!
Taught by Bryanne (Brye) Shepard, who has over 20 years of experience in mindfulness practices, from Yoga to Druidry.
