Seasons of Wombanhood: 🌀🩸A space to uncover, and learn about your female cyclic nature. Discover how it can guide and support you through everyday life with more ease, flow and energy.
During our time together, I'll guide you through the 4 phases of our monthly cycle. The aim is for you, to embody more understanding of your seasonal womanhood, and learn how to live more attuned and in love with your natural rhythm as womban. To befriend your energy changes and avoid burn outs.
The workshop includes,
Herstorytelling,
guided visualization,
light movement to feel and connect with ourselves and our bodies,
sisterly contact,
and sharing circle.
We will explore the softness, rawness, and fierceness of being womban.
If you're feeling an urge to live more attuned with your Wombanhood, and get a good awareness and tool to avoid burn outs, body exhaustion, painful bleeds, frustration about your changing energy, and gain a better connection with your female body, this workshop is for you. Seasonal Cyclic awareness is the beginning to embrace your life as womban.
Together we will discover our seasonal sensual energies, and embrace how to live more as womban in all aspects.
