The much-anticipated seasonal concert by the New York XINSHENG Chinese Choir is here!
This marks our fourth concert in New York and our special first anniversary performance. It’s been over a year since we began singing together, and in this time, our community has grown to over 100 Chinese music lovers, featuring both choir and a cappella ensembles.
From purchasing sheet music at the start to now commissioning composers and arranging our own pieces, we’ve built an original music repertoire for our choir!
This concert will also feature the world premiere of a choral work by a talented young composer from the Central Conservatory of Music.
