Join our guest practitioner duo, Charlie & Jessica of Ascend Breath Code, for a three-hour live experience of the Ascend Breath Code, Sound Therapy, Energy Healing & Integration by Expression.
Ascend Breath Code is a deep, immersive and transformative breathwork experience. Our music is specially curated using vibrations and frequencies to guide you through deep conscious somatic breathwork. We move through the chakras releasing trauma and blocked energy while coding the body to higher states of consciousness.
A huge part of you reaching your full potential is doing deep inner work to clear out the limiting beliefs, suppressed emotions and energetic blockages that get in the way of experiencing healing. In every space we merge science with ancient wisdom which will allow you discover the power of the mind–body connection through mindfulness.
As certified trauma informed facilitators, Charlie & Jessica have over 30 years of combined experience in the transformative realm of healing. We embrace a mind-body approach for accelerated transformation. Together we bring our gifts to help guide you in unlocking and awakening your true essence.

What to bring:
A journal, pen and water bottle. Please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes on the day to help us keep the air within the space as fresh as possible.

This event is not recommended for people during pregnancy or for individuals with a personal history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular disease, MS, emphysema, angina, heart attack or any recent injury, surgery / illness.
This event is also not suitable for individuals with a personal history of severe mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction without first consulting and receiving written clearance and approval from your healthcare provider in addition to notifying our team via email to [email protected].

- Please arrive 10 minutes early to the event. No entry is permitted 1 minute after the event begins.
- We require the removal of shoes to participate in meditation, sound healing, or any other group session or workshop.
- No drinking or eating is permitted in the room except the water bottles.
- Please refrain from wearing strong perfume, cologne or scented products for the comfort of every participant.
- Cell phones must be turned to silent within the Goddess Room where the group session takes place.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations are only accepted 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the payment is not refundable. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance using the appointment cancellation or rescheduling links in your confirmation email. Late cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee in the full amount or the certificate from your package of the scheduled service. We appreciate your courtesy and consideration! Note: 4.5% processing fee is not refundable. We look forward to having you in our Group Session.
