There’s something really special about welcoming the seasons… not just outside, but within ourselves too.We’re so pleased to introduce Mandy, who will be hosting our monthly yoga evenings here at Maycroft Retreat.
Mandy’s approach is gently rooted in seasonal yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — a practice that honours the natural rhythms of the body, the elements, and the changing energy of each season. Rather than pushing or striving, these sessions invite you to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels deeply supportive and aligned.

Winter - Restoring
You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, creating space to reconnect with yourself in a quiet, nourishing way.

🕊 Optional Wild Spa session afterwards
Stay a little longer if you wish… step into the warmth of the sauna, the stillness of the water, and let the evening gently unfold.
This is your invitation to pause, to soften, and to be held by the season you’re in. £35 per person
