About this Event
Cuisine at Charlie’s has always been firmly rooted in and governed by the season. This event’s spotlight on strawberries welcomes the year’s first English crop of the sweet and ephemeral fruit, mixing it with French variety Anaïs. Playing a supporting role on Adam Byatt’s seasonal menu are beautiful Cornish Sardines as May beckons their arrival. The evening’s dishes are thoughtfully paired with wine.
