Seasonal Shifts Group: Arrival of Spring
Start off Spring with a morning of relaxing soundhealing, art, and connection as we celebrate the beginning of Spring and her many gifts. When we intentionally connect with Nature, we begin to notice paralells within us that reflect the seasonal changes around us. This in-person group is offered 4 times a year: March, June, September, and December. Here is an overview of our itinerary:
- Introductions
- Meditation & soundbath
- Nature wander
- Group craft & discussion
- Closing meditation
We will be lying on the ground for a portion of this group. Please bring someting soft to lie on, and whatever you need to feel cozy outside (blanket, pillow, layers). Eyeshades will be provided. When planning your trip to the park, please plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early, as a line can form at the park entrance.
