Sculpt & Sea MEETS SNACK TIME! - Outdoor Yoga / Bodyweight Workout with BAGELS!
DONTATION BASED CLASS, $10-$20 suggested for yoga, followed by BAGELS by Bagel Bar, $5 suggested per bagel! Anything and all is appreciated :) Thank you for your support!
Join us for an energizing outdoor yoga sculpt session at 9am, followed by a delicous bagel provided by Bagel Bar! Start your morning with stretching, then break a sweat with a fun workout and mingle with bagels after! All levels are welcome, beginner to advanced friendly.
Timeline:
9:00am-10:00am HIIT workout
10:00am-10:30 Bagels and mingle!
