Start your morning with an energizing full body workout, yoga stretches and relaxing breathwork under the sun with fresh air and good vibes! Located at Crown Point at 9am! Last picture is screenshot! Plug in Crown Point Shores and you'll see us by the hill/big sign!
Beginner friendly! Bring a buddy, grab a friend or come alone, all levels welcome!
