Daruma dolls are good luck charms in Japanese culture. They start with blank white eyes – when you have a wish, you fill in a pupil on one eye. When the wish comes true, you fill in the other eye!

In this class, we will sculpt Daruma dolls out of clay and paint them with traditional designs. As a final touch, we will make a wish and fill in one eye!
