The best part of spring is enjoying one of our favorite North American crops: asparagus! This recipe is amazing and not your typical quiche, made with a croissant crust and layered with cheese, fresh asparagus and a yummy egg mixture. The hardest part is waiting for it to come out of the oven! You and your friends will enjoy a delightful lunch after putting together this French tart.
