Scrap to Signature: Beginner Wire & Chain JewelryInstructor: Francesca Faucette
Sunday, June 14 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Turn your leftover silver and treasured beads into a one-of-a-kind statement necklace! In this playful, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the foundational wire techniques that transform simple materials into expressive, sculptural jewelry. Using bits of sterling from your scrap box along with gathered beads, pearls, and gemstones, we’ll explore how to build an organic chain and create a unique pendant centerpiece—similar in spirit to the piece shown. Each participant will leave with a finished necklace that reflects their own creative style. Along the way, you'll discover how improvisation and texture can elevate even the smallest materials into something extraordinary. These versatile techniques can easily be adapted to create bracelets, earrings, and rings as well, opening the door to endless jewelry possibilities!
We keep the class small and intimate, so everyone receives plenty of guidance and hands-on support. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where you can experiment, ask questions, and connect with fellow makers. A lunch break will also be incorporated.
