Students learn basic metalsmith concepts as we craft earrings from scrap metal. Using scrap metals allows students to experiment with design and pushes pre-conceived ideas of what earrings can be. Students will leave with at least one pair of finished earrings (for pierced ears only) and the skills needed to make their own earrings after class. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀. 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 14+ 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁.
